Adobe Photoshop ELements 2018 crash on laucnh

Hello,

One of my customer has Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 on an Imac. It does not want to launch . After  clicking on the icon, the application started to launch and then closed by itself.

How can we fix this issue.

Any help from you would be appreciated?
