Adobe Photoshop elements 2018 error after installing Nero Platinum 2022

I use Adobe photoshop without no problem. Yesterday I installed Nero Platinum 2022.

Now Adobe will not open/start. I receive an runtime 140 error.

What to do?

It looks like Nero has overwritten some files that Adobe needs. Try uninstalling and reinstalling Elements.
