Adobe photoshop elements 2020

I'm trying to download the application which I paid for, and initially it goes fast than when it hits 96% it freezes! shows 1 minute left, but it's been sitting like that for 12 minutes now.  Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what is the fix?

Hi 

 

Which OS and Platform are you using? is it a windows or an Apple Machine?

Could you please help with the below queries, so we can try and help you out with a solution:

1) Did you see any error message?

2) Have you tried launching the Editor and the organizer directly instead of using the Elements Home screen to launch the product?

3) Did you try Reboot of the machine and tried installing it again?

 

Please share the logs with us from the below location, so we can try to investigate the issue:

1) Windows machine: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\Install.log

2) Mac Machine: /Library/Logs/Adobe/Installers/Install.log
