If anyone here in the states accidentally ordered 2 disks instead of 1, then easy enough to return the unwanted one unopened for a refund.  On the otherhand, if you accidentally ordered 2 electronic downloads but only initiated one of them, it should be easy enough to make your case for a refund there too.  But what you seem to be saying is that you're being charged for a quantity of 2 while you only recieved 1?  What quantity shows on your packing slip or electronic confirmation page?  I may not quite understand what you're asking for help with.
