I did not know that. I have no idea why support for Russian has been removed in Elements 2021. Presumably, it is a cost-cutting measure.

Once a new version is released, you can only buy the latest version from Adobe. (And why would you want to buy an older version?)

You may be able to buy Elements 2020 at online retailers.

загрузил с офиц сайта Элемент 2020, но когда набираю "купить сейчас" предлагается только 2021
