Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 error message 131

I bought an original Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 program. After installing the program, it tells me that I have a new update. I start installing the update and at 5% it aborts the update and gives me error message 131. I have a new PC i5 with Windows 10 64 bit. What's the mistake? Why can't I install the update?

Hallo zusammen was gern mal Probiert werden kann ist folgendes der Fehler 131 bei Elements ist meistens wenn der Organizer noch läuft, da muss er einfach alles zumachen bis auf das Updatefesnter und schauen ob es geht.

Was auch Helfen kann das ganze im Admin Modus auszuführen.
