Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022

we have to package the Adobe photoshop elements 2022 for client environment.

Application will install adobe creative cloud 5.5.0.617.

However, client want us to remove Adobe creative cloud which is integrated with the Adobe photoshop elements.

can we able to remove adobe creative cloud ? or any solutions available?

NOTE: When i try to uninstall Adobe creative cloud using silent switch i got error prompt stating "Couldn't uninstall creative cloud for desktop. you still have creative cloud applications installed on your computer that require it".
