The empty fields probably means that the exact date is not yet known.  Generally, support ends shortly after the second newer version is released.  In this case, that will be after Elements 2026 is released.  I'm assuming that the date will either be end of 2025 or beginning of 2026.

just fyi, when they say end of support, it means you can't use it. I have an older version of APE2020 that works fine on one laptop and attempted to install on alternate laptop. I was informed by support that it cannot be done. Yes you can install it but it won't let you sign in to complete installation. So not knowing how long the software will be usable is a weird thing.  Support helpfully suggested I purchase the 2026 version as a fix... lol
