Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025 "Your purchase wasn't detected"

Purchased a new 3yr license for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025, received email confirmation of order, the invoice is listed on my account login and listed on my products page indicating expiration date.  Downloaded and installed the software but continue to get "your purchase wasn't detected" i've signed out and into account countless time, but makes no difference.  How can this software be activated?

if you have multiple profiles associated with your email id, Please check if  auto profile seleciton is not enabled in accounts management. 

- Navigate to - https://account.adobe.com/security

- Login with valid credentials

-  Select  sign in and security from left

- Check for auto profile selection and make it disable .

- login again in application and select appropriate profile.

There is no activation- it's tied into the email used for your purchase / adobe account. 

Click on your icon i nthe upper right corner.

click on help

 

when the help chat window opens type in AGENT, nothing else, just AGENT.
