Adobe Photoshop Elements 23 - keine Installation in Windows 10 möglich

Hallo Community,

bisher lief Adobe Photoshop Elements 23 auf meinem Laptop mit Windows 10 pro - 64bit einwandfrei. Nun musste ich mein System neu installieren und nun lässt sich Adobe PS Elements 23 nicht mehr installieren. Fehlermeldung s.Screenshot. Defender wurde zur Installation ausgeschaltet, keine anderen Sicherheirsprogramme. Hat Jemand eine Lösung?

 

Bin am Verzweifeln und danke schon jetzt für jeden Tipp

PS supposedly needs the creative cloud. I bought PS without this cloud and just want the program to work without a cloud as I have bought it
