I changed computers and would like my above program install

ed on my new computer Can I speak to a person for guide my no <phone number removed> Australia.

    I would like to speak to a person able to help on LIVE CHAT but it keeps going around in circles HOW DO I GET LIVE CHAT

    Hi,

    As John said, PSE 7 is too old for support from Adobe. Even if you did get a live chat connection, they would probably tell you to come to this forum.

    There are many knowledgeable and helpful people here who can help you but we nee to start with some basic questions

    Which operating system are you running on?

    Did you initially install from a CD/DVD or from a download? - This important because for PSE 7 the serial number for a CD/DVD will not work with a download. If you have the CD/DVD but the new system doesn't, then get someone to copy the CD/DVD to a memory stick and install from there.

    Have you tried but get an error or message you don't understand?

    Sorry, but I think we are you only hope of getting help.

    That program is too old for Adobe to provide support

    You install the same way you did the 1st time... put your disc in the drive and enter your serial number when asked, or download the installer and enter your serial number when asked
