Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 Changing photo time by 4 hours when saving.

Have been using Elements 7 Photoshop for years. All of sudden it has started changing the photo taken time to 4 hours later.  No change to windows 10 or photoshop.

Would appreciate any help.
