Adobe Photoshop issues

Hey,

Installed a Photoshop Elements 12 fresh on a new laptop (Windows 11) and when go to sign in it says "Update your browser, to use adobe services please update adobe applications, operating system and browser" its all fresh and new and all windows updates are done..

tried installing adobe 2024 trial and go to install and it wont let me click continue after filling in email..

please help get elements 12 running...
