What is the difference between

Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2020 and Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2020 upgrade as Amazon sell upgrade at a higher price at the moment?

Genius

They are both the same so buy whichever is cheapest. Getting the full version (not upgrade) means you don’t have to worry about having a serial number for an earlier version.
