Has anyone had this problem ?

I get this message every time that I try to make a copy of my project.

Hi,

Please try out these solutions in series and check if this resolves your error:

Reset preferences and relaunch application
if still the issue exists check out the methods given at this link :How to fix Runtime Error R6025 Pure Virtual Function Call - Solved | Fix Errors
If still unresolved, uninstall the application , use CC Cleaner tool (Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems ) and reinstall the application afresh.

Hi,

It is advisable to take the backup of your files on an external drive to escape running into any intermediary state where your files might get lost. After the resolution of the issue you can load them back to their original location.
