advanced object mistakes - photoshop

With one of the last photoshop CC 2018 updates I cannot use - 80% of times - any advanced object.
When I try to resize it and click to open it every object became a colorful image (example attached) that obviously don't let me use it.

This happen with differente files and different advanced objects, both images and icons.

My Mac is High sierra 10.13.3 system.

Anyone with the same problem?
