after I hit the sunburst tab my "add focus area" tab doesn't work anymore

I have abode photoshop 15 since February of 2017 and its been working fine until yesterday I notice when I went to guided mode to fun effects down to sunburst mode my add focus tab does not focus anymore it use to but now it does not can anyone help with this ?

    Request you to please reset your application preferences as mentioned at the following link:

    Preference file locations for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements

    Now restart your application and see if t works fine.

    You can also refer to Guided mode - Fun Edits in Photoshop Elements for more information on Zoom Burst Fun Edit in Guided mode.
