Aktivierung und Deaktivierung von Photoshop

Im Juni hab ich eine Abo für drei Jahre abgeschlossen und mit die beiden Programme auf meinem PC installiert. Als ich sie jetzt öffnen wollte, kam die Meldung, dass die Lizenz ausgesetzt sei und ich sie neu aktivieren könnte. Die Verlinkung führt mich dann zu einer englischen Seite, die mir vorschlägt, eine deutsche Seite herunter zu laden. Geh ich auf diesen Link erscheint "Seite nicht gefunden". Wie kann ich die Programme aktivieren? In meinem Konto sind die Programme auch gar nicht als ABO aufgeführt. Da ist lediglich die Rechnung von Juni 2025.

      Das Problem ist erledigt. Ich weiß nicht, woran es lag. Aber ich habe mit dem Support gechattet mit dem Ergebnis, dass mir der gezahlte Betrag erstattet wurde. Von meinem PC habe ich jetzt beide Programme deinstalliert und werde dann ein neues Abo abschließen und die Programme neu installieren. Ich hoffe, dass dann das Problem nicht mehr auftritt.

      Something may be getting lost in the translation of your post.  I do not understand what ABO means.

      Have you ever been able to use the Editor?  If so, the program should have been activated.

      Have you tried to install the program on more than 2 computers?

      Please give us the link to the page that pops up for you and also give us a screenshot of any error message.

       

      If you go to the Products page of your Adobe Account, does a listing of Elements 2025  appear (usually at the bottom of the page).  It should also show the expiration date of your license.

       

      You may want to try contacting Elements support. You can start a chat session by going to the Contact Adobe Support page. (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) Make sure you are signed into your Adobe account and try typing Agent when the chat window opens. (If you use my link, the chat window should open automatically.)

      I used Google to translate instead of the forum translator:

      In June, I signed up for a three-year subscription and installed both programs on my PC. When I tried to open them, I got a message saying the license was suspended and that I could reactivate it. The link then took me to an English page that suggested I download a German one. When I click on this link, it says "Page not found." How can I activate the programs? The programs aren't even listed as subscriptions in my account. There's just the invoice from June 2025.
