Album Error - Fehler beim Erstellen von Alben

When trying to create more albums or album categories, the error message is always: Error creating an album / album category.

Photoshop Elements 2018 has already been completely uninstalled and reinstalled. The catalog is retained at startup.

Beim Versuch weitere Alben oder Alben-Kategorien anzulegen kommt immer die Fehlermeldung: Fehler beim Erstellen eines Albums / einer Albumkategorie.

Photoshop Elements 2018 wurde bereits komplett deinstalliert und neu installiert. Der Katalog bleibt beim Starten erhalten.
