Album error message

Question

Newby question.  I put together an album yesterday consisting of vacation photos.  I named it.  When I go to click on the name of the album I get the error message "please clear all applied filters and try again". I have no idea how to understand or fix this.  Thanks for your help.  This is a newer version of Elements.

I'm guessing that before you selected the Album, you had applied a filter to the media (such as a keword or People/Places/Events tag). The error message will appear if no photos with those tags are found in the Album. There is a button in the top right to Clear the filters. If this doesn't fix your issue, please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing.
