Align circles along a curve

I have Elements and want to align 3 small, filled in circles, 2 different sizes, centered, on a curve.  Since I have Elements, I do not see the Align Path to which Mike is referring to.   I have to admit that I'm totally inexperienced in Paths and it may be there, somewhere.

Perhaps you can draw the "curve' on paper, scan same, save as a file, open it in PSE, then position the circles.

Suggest that you place each circle on a separate layer. Then, you can activate the move tool and position each circle to suit.

At this point you should have 4 layers: The Background with the curve, and 3 layers with circles.

Delete the original layer with the curve.

    Try this...

Use the Elliptical Marquee tool to draw out an oval.

Add a new blank layer and apply a stroke.

Delete some of the oval to get your curve.

If necessary use the Free Transform tool to resize the curve.

Then add the circles per Hatstead's instructions.

Link the curve and circle layers so that  they can be repositioned together as needed.

I don't think Elements has the feature you are looking for.

    Hi

I’ve branched this and moved it from Illustrator to Photoshop Elements where you will get a better response.
