All photos in catalogs can't be found

The Windows 10 update appear to have created chaos on my files.  When I clicked on the PSE 11 icon to open catalog it could not be found..

I used a file sorting/location program 'Everything" to locate all of my pictures & it gave me the route them. Alternatively I can click on any one picture & it displays in Windows.  When I try to point PSE 11 to them It still isn't seeing them.

Is there any function from with in PSE or some other way to have some or all nominated drives/files to seek out jpegs etc?
