Anmeldung im PSE Editor nicht möglich

Question

Nach der Installation kann ich mich zwar mit meiner email-adresse und passwort anmelden. Danach popt sofort wieder das Fenster auf um mich erneut anzumelden (siehe Bild im Anhang).

Mir ist es einfach nicht möglich in den nächsten Step zu gelangen... Email/Passwort sind richtig.

Hat da jemand eine Lösung/Erfahrung mit so einem Problem?

Vorraussetzungen zur Installation sind alle erfüllt.

PS: Betriebsystem MacOS

Hi,

Could you please check the following items:

1. Your system date and time is set to automatic/ set correctly.

2. You have an active internet connection?

In case if the above items are as expected, could you see if you can login through CCD?
