Annoying dialog box saying "Building Contents and Effects" using Windows 10

An annoying dialog box saying "Building Contents and Effects" keeps appearing everytime I open the app (takes over 4 minutes to complete). I found in the forum that the problem can be solved by deleting the MediaDatabase.db3 file so it rebuilds itself next time I load the program. The problem is that the instructions given to find the file don't work with Windows 10 latest version v1607. Does anybody knows how to find MediaDatabase.db3 in Windows 10? Please help!
