Any ways to improve smart tags in Photoshop elements 2018?

Is it possible to improve the algorithm for smart tags within elements by reporting false positives/negatives.

Say I search for bird and it shows up non-bird images. Can I flag those non-bird images so that the algorithm learns to understand what a bird is better?
