APE14 Recovery

Question

To Whom it may concern,

I need help recovering my registered Elements 14 to my recent device. I can't find it in my Creative Cloud but when I called Customer Support they said that it is registered to me, and should have access to it. Coincidently I have APE15 as well and because I don't have my registration forms or the box it came with I can't access that 1, and it states that I need to register my Licence even though I did this months ago.
