Appalling Customer service

I have Photoshop Elements 2026. It is painfully slow and very buggy. I asked online for help. 90 minutes later and 7 agents, all I got was passed from pillar to post and received aggressive responses. Amanda being the worst. 
Photoshop 2024 works perfectly. 

I just don’t understand why it is so difficult getting any help from Adobe and their staff.
