Apple Big Sur and Elements 15

Just upgraded to Apple Big Sur operating system - when using editing in Adobe Elements 15 screen goes grey when using a tool to work on a picture or text when mouse is released page comes back therefore impossible to edit page please help

If you are talking about your Organizer catalog files, they will be converted to Elements 2021 when you install the new program, and you will have all of the information available in Elements 15.  (BTW, Elements 2021 is actually version 19.  Program folders may be named 19.0.)

Elements 15 could not run on Catalina which required Elements 2020 and above.  I'm sure the same is true of Big Sur.

Thank you - it appears l made need to upgrade to Elements 21 - will my files made in Elements 15 work in 21, if they do, should l just download from Adobe Elements 21
