I'm having difficulty accessing my photoshop Elements 2020. I keep getting a box showing it's from Creative Cloud.exe and that there is an application error Oxc0000022. I have removed and reinstalled my Elements 2020 and it didn't help. Can anyone help me with a fix for this program? It's keeping all my photos as hostages. Thanks

that's a windows os error message.

try and update your windows version and see if that fixes the problem.

I've done that twice. I think the problem is that it's trying to be compatible with Windows 8 or Vista instead of Windows 10. I don't know if that's it or how to fix it.

Now it's telling me that my browser is not supported, even though I've updated.
