Downloading Photoshop Elements 10 to Windows - Error file archive part of adobe Photoshop Elements is missing, please download all parts .

 

How do I fix this?

Are you downloading from your adobe account?

 

If so, you need both the Download.exe and Download.7z in the same folder, then run the PhotoshopElements_10_LS15.exe to start the photoshop elements 10 install.
