Are these in PSE

Help please.  I have Photoshop Elements 13 & have been set requirements for some pictures I have to send. They said it must be a jpeg setting of at least 8. I can't find a numerical figure in Slements, just jpeg quality of Max, High or Medium. Is a numerical figure there somewhere please?

2. I was told check Black Point Compensation. How do I do this in PSE Elements.

3. Uncheck Dither. How?

4. Under Options (which I can't find) Engine should be Adobe ACE,

5. And I was told the intent should be Peceptual or Relative Colometric?

Thanks in advance

Just look at the options on the bottom of the screen when you 'Save As' and choose the jpeg format.

Note that this is a generally good advice, but there is no way to tell which setting you have applied.

Those settings are not properties of the jpeg files. They are settings for the printer you choose when printing.

If you print on your own printer, you can use the advanced printer options to select the printer profile and the above preferences (choose Elments manages color, not printer manages colors).

Since you are not printing yourself, you don't know the profile of your supplier. Since PSE can't convert to a custom profile to save together to the jpeg file, those requirements are meaningless.

The supplier is responsible to get the best result about your jpegs as they are. It's his job to apply the above printing commands according to his printing system, paper and ink. To be clear, better use a supplier who acts responsibly, even if he requires a minimal charge for the custom adjustment.
