Assistent lässt sich nach Update auf PSE 2026 nicht mehr öffnen

Nach einem Update von PSE 2024 auf PSE 2026 (ABO) hat zunächst alles bestens funktioniert. Jetzt habe ich die  noch parallel vorhandene PSE 2024 deinstalliert, nun lässt sich der Assistent nicht mehr öffnen (Ladeanzeige läuft  unendlich), nur noch die Funktionen Schnell und Erweitert. Gibt es eine einfache Möglichkeit den Assistenten wieder zu aktivieren oder kann/muss ich PSE 2026 neu installieren? Danke schon mal für Tipps.

    do this first:  LOG OUT OF THE EDITOR.

    Then uninstall and reinstall- should take a couple of minutes.

    PSE 2026 really is not a subscription- it comes with a three year term limit.  that works out to less that $3 a month.

    ​@K._S.5833 Corrupted preferences? Try resetting the preferences. Command K (MAC) or Control K (PC) - Click the button ‘Reset Preferences’. Close the program to restart it. If that works awesome, if not, you could even toggle on / or off the Graphics Processor Restart and see if the Assistant comes back alive! There is a ‘nuclear’ method if neither of this works. Let us know if you need that

    ​@creative explorer, Leider waren beide Aktionen nicht erfolgreich. Welche andere Methode würden sie vorschlagen? Ich würde sonst Photoshop Elements 2026 deinstallieren und neu installieren.
