Audio on slideshow-Elements 2021

Hi there...I have created a slideshow in Elements 2021 and have attempted to add audio throughout the entirety of the show. Although all of the songs are all the same type of file, only some of the songs are playing...any advice?

@curtis914, I believe this is a known bug in Elements 2021 and it is somewhat random. I am not expecting it to be fixed in this version. The only workaround I can suggest is to join all songs in a single file, using other software like Audacity which is a free open source program.

What OS are you using? (I assume you are talking about the Organizer's Slideshow feature and not Premiere Elements.)

What is the type of audio file that you are using?

What is the source of the files?

Are you sure they are not copyright protected?

Does the order in which the songs are played make any difference?

Does the audio fail to play when you export the slideshow to a file?

Yes, I am using the 2021 Elements Organizer

I have discovered that each song will play if I put it in certain spots in
the sequence, so it is not a copyright issue. They were all purchased from
iTunes.

The slideshow seems to only play every other song...and then repeats the
first song at the end of the show.

Did you ever find a solution for this problem? I am having same issue and getting in touch with technical support is close to impossible.
