Auto Blend Layers in Photoshop Elements

Is the 'Auto-Blend Layers' function available in Photoshop Elements?

On an online tutorial for Photoshop it showed it under the 'Edit' tab, if it is available in Photoshop Elements, is it located elsewhere?

Auto-Blend and Auto-Align layers are only available in full Photoshop which requires a subscription.
