auto selection tool in elements 15

Hei i don,t seem able to find the auto selection tool in my elements 15 ,any suggestions?

The Auto Selection Tool was new in photoshop elelments 2018, one version newer than what you have.

Pse 15 still has plenty of other selection tools like the quick selection and magic wand tools.
