. . .  or you can simply use the Equal to star rating filter.  If you want the ability to sort the images to an Album Order, then you will have to do as John says and add the images to a new Album, manually.

Use the Organizer menu:

Find > By Details (metadata)

1. Set the criteria
2.  Choose a name for your saved search

Whilst this is a search function it is effectively a dynamic album which updates each time you run the search from the same menu:

Find > By Saved Searches

You could select all the results (Ctrl+A) to make a physical album.
