automation tools was active in my PSE15. Today it greyed out [was Ken M]

Just added a new printer, and automation tools was active in my PSE15. Today it greyed out. Any idea why and what to do about it.

    Are you in the Expert mode?

    What did you have showing under Automation Tools?

    Jeff,

    Yes, I'm using expert mode, and have the same issue in the other modes, as well.

    I cannot access Automation Tools, because it greyed out. I had been using Automation Tools for printing photos with my new Canon Pixma Pro-100, but today it appeared greyed out for some mysterious reason.

    I have tried the Canon Plug-in Install, but to no avail. Also called Canon, but after trying, said it's ab Adobe PSE issue.
