You can use this link to download it- but you pr0obably won't be able to use it until you get a serial number from Adobe.

Adobe only sells the current version of the program (Elements 2023).  You may be able to find Elements 2022 at a local retailer or online e.g. on eBay. But be careful about an online purchase since there are many unscrupulous sellers out there. Also, make sure that you are purchasing a MAC version.
