Question

Background Ghosting of other applications in Photoshop Elements

I'm wondering if anyone has seen an issue running Photoshop Elements, where after some use, you can suddenly see the desktop background through the "empty space" gray area in the Elements editor workspace?  This was happening on my old iMac (so I blamed the screen).  Now I'm running a brand new Mac Studio with a new mac monitor, and I'm seeing this issue again.  It only happens in Elements.  No other applications on my Mac (Finder, Numbers, Topaz Denoise, Topaz Sharpen AI, etc have this issue, which leads me to believe it's a problem with Elements.

Users of Photoshop CS reported similar issues and were advised to turn off some particular settings, none of which are available in the Elements preferences.

If anyone has seen this or resolved it, please let me know.  Thanks!
