Batch processing to add watermark?

I believe this feature must be available somewhere but I do not know where.

I am using PSE 18 on a Windows 10 and would like to know simply how to do this..

I don't have PSEv.18, but have a look on the Expert tab of the Editor.

Go to File>Process Multiple Files. This should bring up a dialog for batch processing.
