Best practise to copy a catalog from windows to Macos (PSE23)

Question

Hi all,what is the best practise to bring a catalog from a Windows PSE23 installation to a MacOS PSE23 installlation?I already copied the photos to my Mac. Now I would like to bring the existing catalog to the Mac, too .The file structure is exactly the same besides the rooot foler of my photo structure: on Windows it is d:\photos and on MacOS it is /Users/myname/fotos What is the best practise? Thank-you in advance, AAA

Having the same folder structure for the source drive and the target one does never help, whether it's on Mac or Win. You never should copy your media folder tree yourself, since that is done by the restore process.
