Best way to learn 2D Motion Graphics for Making Ads?

Can anyone help me in what adobe software do I need to learn in order to make 2D Animated Ads with voiceovers please? I am really Interested in 2D Motion Graphics. I have a basic idea of Photoshop and Illustrator and FCPX.
