Try increasing the cursor size or selection size to include some of the surrounding pixels. See if my video tutorial helps

I installed PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 2020 as well as the updates,  Functioning problem of the "localized corrector" tool in "object deletion" with "guided": a black spot appears instead of the correction Please find me a solution
