Black spots in my menu, help me please!

Hey All,

I have a issue with my photoshop elements 2019. I just bought it and every time I use the program there are black spots in my menu. When I go with my mouse over the black spot some keys appears but the black spot doesn´t disappear.

Can somebody help me?

    I have never seen this kind of display corruption.

    Did you enable the option of the taskbar in Windows to "autohide"?

    Do you get the same issue if you work in reduced window?

    The issue appears also when I'm working in a reduce window. I didn't enable the option for autohide.
