Just purchased Elements 18 and frustrated with collages my way.

How do I create a blank page that I can change from portrait to landscape and then add my images the way I want them arranged?

In Editor, expert tab, go to File>new>blank file. Enter the dimensions (H&W), resolution, and background.

Copy/paste each image. Each image will come in on a separate layer.

Use the move tool to position each image.

It may be helpful if you open the grid to facilitate placement; the grid will not print.
