Blank Thumbnails in Photoshop Elements 11.

Why is this image displaying as a blank thumbnail in Elements 11? If you try to ‘Get Media’ again it tells me it already exists. Should I delete from catalogue and try the whole thing again? I honestly think all was OK before downloaded windows 11..

    Can you show us a screenshot of the blank thumbnail in Elements 11?  Have you tried updating the thumbnail by using Ctrl+Shift+U?
