Hallo . . . .ich arbeite seit Jahren mit PS Elements 10 und war bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Aber seit kuzem haben alle Fotos die ich lade einen starken Blau - Cyan -Stich. Die Fotos sind in allen anderen Bild-Programmen i.O. Die Palette Schlagschatten hat den gleichen starken Farbstich, war früher immer grau.

Der Adobe - Support kan mir nicht helfen, Software ist zu alt !

Ich hoffe es ist jemand unter euch der mir helfen kann.

I have downloaded your screenshot and I get exactly the same result with Elements and various other non-colour managed viewers. My display is calibrated with a Spyder puck.

- The grey background of the interface is totally neutral.

- the image itself is a bit 'cold'. There is no obvious neutral gray to correct the white balance

- Your screenshot shows that the sRGB profile is embedded, which is a good thing.

What I don't understand is that I don't see any difference between Elements and other non color managed editors. Same slight bluish color cast on the image and perfectly neutral grey of the interface.

Danke Michael, für die schnelle Antwort,

ich freue mich das du dich bemühst mein Problem zu lösen. Auf dem Screenshott rechts oben ist das Untermenü Schlagschatten zusehen das ist bei mir auch stark blaustichig. Das war bisher immer Grau und alle Fotos die ich öffne haben diesen Blaustich NUR im Photoshop Elements 10. In allen anderen Bild - Programmen werden sie richtig dargestellt.

Ok, I did notice the blue icons on the top right panel. I just tested with my PSE10 version that it should be neutral grey. So, I am afraid that you may have to uninstall and reinstall PSE10. But before, first try to reset your preferences.
