Blinking adjustments side panel
when I open adjustment panel while editing, it blink on and off like a short in a lamp. fix?
What version of Elements are you using, what OS, and are you in Quick or Expert Mode.
What are your computer specs?
Do you have a photo open in the Editor when this happens?
Aside from the blink, does the panel remain off?
Based on the limited information you have given us, all I can suggest is to change the Use Graphics Setting for improved performance checkbox under Edit>Preferences>Performance:
