Blurry Images

Do you already have Photoshop Elements?

What operating system are you using?

On Windows x64 and Mac Intel there is Enhance>Shake Reduction

There are other tools in Photoshop Elements to help fix not so sharp photos, but it's hard to say which one is best without seeing an example of out of focus photo you want fixed.

As Glenn says, it would be helpful to see an example of what you mean by out of focus or blurry images.  Elements only has limited tools to sharpen a blurry photo.   It does not yet have the AI tools that other programs and plug-ins have to create amazing results. 

Really would help if you posted some images- otherwise we spend alot of time play the "guessing game.
