Borders

I have elements 2025, windows 11 . Every Canon printer I've tried gives me a half inch border on the right and a quarter inch border on the bottom. I've tried every setting, spoke to 3 different Canon tech support people. No one coukd fix it. Chat got also said there was no fix. It's just small 4x6 photos using Canon paper, each photo is cropped to 4x6. Im out of options. They dugesseted bypassing elements since it prints a perfect borderless photo when I use windows photo.
